New rooftop lounge now under construction at Mount Olivet
p>We have recieved planning and building control permission to construct the conservatory on the flat roof over the car park wing of the garden floor (above the laundry) at Mount Olivet.
The present status is that we have prepared the access from the ground floor and built the foundations on the roof for the conservatory itself. We are now waiting for the conservatory supplier to manufacture and deliver the framework.
This will give us about 25 square metres of additional public space with panoramic views over the bay. No views are lost from the bedrooms and the new lounge will not overlook our neighbours any more than the existing building |
