How it works…
Select an available day on the calendar below that you’d like to visit your loved one. Then choose an available time slot. If your visit is approved you will receive an email confirming your requested date and time.
Visits will last for 40 minutes, allowing us enough time to thoroughly clean between each visit.
Please ensure you arrive 30 minutes early for your lateral flow test.
Please note that your booking is not confirmed until a member of the team approves it.
Please note, due to the reduced supernumerary staff on premises at the weekends, we can currently only facilitate visits during Monday to Friday. Special dispensations can be made by the Manager. Our Activities Coordinators will be facilitating these visits while also continuing their meaningful work with residents in the home
